We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was always kept clean with fresh towels provided daily. We also appreciated having a microwave and fridge in the room which made meal preparation easy. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was situated in a non-touristic neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing not to love!

Located in a convenient spot for exploring the city, as it is close to public transport and a metro station to reach the city center. On Monday everything was working as expected. the room and bathroom were spacious and always cleaned, and the staff was helpful and easy to contact. the apartment had a good degree of safety with blinds and grills and lots of locks.
The check-in process can be confusing, as there might not be someone present when you arrive, leading to a delay.

Great location for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the staff was friendly and gave us helpful advice on what sights to see. the room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary chocolates in our room on Easter morning.
Our room was incredibly noisy, we could hear everything outside and even in the hallway. Our biggest disappointment was the uncomfortable beds.

The room was big enough and had a microwave for heating up some food. There were some nice cafes and restaurants nearby that served delicious food. The hotel was close to two train stations and a bus stop, which made it easy to go around the city.
The Wi-Fi was terrible. Every time we tried to connect, it would drop out after a couple of minutes. Also, the staff were never available, and we had to keep calling and waiting for them to show up.
